Do you have unused and clean items for return that were regularly priced? We are ready to accept them.

In case if you have any questions about a return, please contact us via email support@casezone.com while mentioning the order number. Please note that priorcommunication is a must for the return policy.


You can return the product within the first 30 calendar days of the item’s delivery if you have faced any of the following issues:

    • Product is defective and/or damaged.
    • Product is described incorrectly or does not correspond to the item shown on the Website and purchased by the Customer.

- Product should be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it, it must be unused and in perfect condition.
- Product must be accompanied by the invoice.
- Any Customized product cannot be exchanged or returned as it can’t be a subject of resell any more.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You will get the refund or returned product within 7 (business vs. calendar) days.


If you forget to apply a discount code at checkout we are able to apply the discount code only up to 12 hours after placing the order.

Please note that only one code can be used on a purchase.
