What if my tracking code does not work?

Tracking code becomes visible after shipment, however, it may take some time, thus, if your tracking code is not available two days after you have received a shipping confirmation, then, please, let us know about your case via support@casezone.com.

Where do I get my order tracking information?

We send a tracking number of your order via email as soon as it is shipped, however, please note, that the tracking information may take time to update. We encourage you to add support@casezone.com to your address book to prevent our sent emails being placed in a spam folder.

Why was my order cancelled?

If there is an issue with the payment, your order will be automatically canceled. Please, if applicable, review your payment balance to avoid order cancel. In case of any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via support@casezone.com.

How can I track my order delivery status?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirming and updating you on the status of your order, to check it, please, follow the link mentioned in the email. Please, note that the tracking status information may become available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
