How can I change or cancel my order?

Feel free to contact us within 12 hours after placing the order and we will cancel it.

What comes next after I place my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirming and updating you on the status of your order. Then, when we ship your order you will receive another email confirming the shipment of your order and providing you with the delivery details: Your order will be shipped within 48 hours.

Can I still enjoy a promotion campaign that I’ve missed for my previous order?

First of all, thanks for your order! Certainly, you can. What we need is your order number and the discount/promotion code. Please, send us the details via email to support@casezone.com and we will be more than happy to make available the promotion for you.

My shopping basket did not recognize my order while recording an error. How can I fix it?

Either a long waiting time between case creation and purchase or payment issues may disrupt your order completion. Please refresh the page and place the order once again.
