  • You can return the product within the first 15 calendar days after your purchase, for any of the following reasons:
    • The product is defective and/or damaged.
    • The product is described incorrectly or does not correspond to the item shown on the Website and purchased by the Customer. 
  • Any product you return should be in its same condition (i.e. the product should have no signs of wear) and original packaging, as when you received it.
  • Our return policy excludes accepting personalized products, as they are not a subject of resell any more. Feel free to contact us, if you have any concerns with your received item.
